The Buccaneers desperately need a safety. Killebrew is coming out from Southern Utah, a small NCAA Division II college, but some scouts are already comparing his play to current NFL starters Deone Bucannon or Shaq Thompson.

4. CB D.J. White

White would be a solid addition to the Buccaneers’ secondary and could replace one of their departing free agent defensive backs. Although White is undersized, he does play in man and zone pass coverage effectively.

Protecting a franchise quarterback with better offensive linemen is always a good idea. The Buccaneers could use more interior linemen, and Whitehair was 50-game starter at guard or tackle at Kansas State. His experience would be very useful.

The Buccaneers need to load up on safeties, and Houston-Carson could fit into their defensive scheme nicely. After playing cornerback for three seasons, he seamlessly transitioned to free safety in his last season at William and Mary.

The Buccaneers need an all-around defensive end, and Buckner has the potential to be an amazing pro because of his size and speed. Buckner also has experience playing on the interior, so he would be a great first-round selection.
