Last offseason, the Seattle Seahawks signed their franchise quarterback Russell Wilson to a large contract extension. This offseason, Wilson put that new money to work as he bought a massive engagement ring and proposed to singer Ciara. Wilson posted this video to Twitter right after he popped the big question.
