The Cleveland Browns are making headlines again, and this time it is in a positive way. The team is reportedly open to moving the second overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, and if they are intent on doing so, there would likely be a market for it. With that in mind, here’s a look at some teams that might want to trade up into the top five to land a top notch player.
5. New York Jets

The team needs a quarterback, so if they like Jared Goff or Carson Wentz they could make a package around their first-round pick, Muhammad Wilkerson and other assets.

The Raiders would only move up if they were guaranteed to land a top defensive player like Myles Jack or Jalen Ramsey. However, the team does not have too many weaknesses after a strong offseason, so moving up for another impact player to pair with Khalil Mack would make sense.
