The Houston Texans won the AFC South last season with a 9-7 record, but things ended in disappointing fashion with a shutout loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Wild Card Round. Some notable additions on the offensive side of the ball have raised expectations for the Texans, and here are the five biggest games on their 2016 schedule.
5. Week 13 at Green Bay Packers

A road trip to Lambeau Field to take on the Packers will be a good out of conference test for the Texans. I'm putting this game on the radar to possibly be flexed into Sunday night.
4. Week 6 vs. Indianapolis Colts

The Texans and Colts should be the two best teams in the AFC South, and the winner of this Sunday night matchup could set themselves on a playoff track.
3. Week 14 at Indianapolis Colts

It would be nice to see the second Texans-Colts matchup take place a little later in the season. But this is still sure to be a huge game, as both teams try to make a run to a division title.
2. Week 3 at New England Patriots

The Texans get a prime time, Thursday night test against the Patriots, with a head coaching matchup of student (Bill O'Brien) vs. teacher (Bill Belichick). The result of this game, win or lose really, will be a good early barometer for Houston.

Brock Osweiler's return to Denver will be a Monday night game, and facing the defending Super Bowl champions will be a tough test for the Texans as a team.
