The Browns had 14 draft picks, which helps, but they added talent at virtually every position and also traded for veteran cornerback Jamar Taylor on Day 3. It was a solid showing for Cleveland's new regime.

4. Washington Redskins

The Redskins added a top wide receiver (Josh Doctson), a few pieces for their defense and depth options at quarterback (Nate Sudfeld) and running back (Keith Marshall). It was a nice haul for general manager Scot McCloughan.

3. Oakland Raiders

The Raiders added defense with their first three picks, including a potential steal in DE Shilique Calhoun. Fourth-round QB Connor Cook is a potential future trade asset, and final pick OG Vadal Alexander could be another steal.

2. Cincinnati Bengals

Cornerback William Jackson III and wide receiver Tyler Boyd filled two big needs for the Bengals. Fourth-round pick DT Andrew Billings was regarded by some as a potential first-round pick, and Cincinnati also added depth at LB, OG and safety.

1. Buffalo Bills

First-round pick Shaq Lawson fits a big need for the Bills, and they also got excellent value in the second (Reggie Ragland) and third (Adolphus Washington) rounds. Cardale Jones (fourth round) has a chance to be Buffalo's quarterback of the future.
