Pittsburgh Steelers' James Harrison Threatened After Attempting To Record PED Test

Back in February, Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison recorded his random PED test administered by the NFL. On Tuesday, the testing company Drug Free Sports wasn’t happy with Harrison’s attempt to record another test, so they allegedly threatened him with a positive test if he didn’t comply.

Here’s a couple videos Harrison posted to his Instagram account describing the incident:

Today the NFL came to my house for another “random ped test.” I was gonna record it like last time but…..

While it may seem messed up that the testing company can slap a positive test on Harrison for something like this, it’s actually the way it’s written in the NFL’s policy.

“A player who fails to cooperate fully in the testing process as determined by the Medical Advisor or provides a dilute specimen will be treated as having a Positive Test Result.”

So while I applaud Harrison for trying to be fully transparent, rules are rules and he must follow them.
