Any concern about their methods were quickly erased by putting on a clinic on how to draft based on need. It appears “Big Blue” may be ready to make some noise in 2016. As the third team in the NFC East to pick in the top 10 of the draft, they added cornerback Eli Apple. They had to take a cornerback, being so thin at the position, and used two of their top three picks on secondary help.

Jerrell Adams may not have the best hands of the Giants' tight ends, but he may be their best blocker. Seeing as how they lacked push at times, they'll need to find a way to get the big guy on the field.

Cruz doesn't seem to be bouncing back from injury. With the emergence of Odell Beckham Jr. and the addition of Sterling Shepard, he may actually venture into the category of expendable. It may just be time to move on.
