While most of these players will have some impact in 2016, not all of them will make a noticeable splash. Here are the five new Titans who will make the biggest impact in 2016.

S - Kevin Byard — The former MTSU Blue Raider might not start immediately, but the depth he brings to the secondary will be absolutely massive.

WR - Rishard Matthews — Proven in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins, Matthews brings something that Marcus Mariota needs desperately—consistency.

OT - Jack Conklin — Protecting Marcus Mariota has to be the top concern for Tennessee in the upcoming season, and Conklin will be a major part of that.

FS - Rashad Johnson — Michael Griffin is gone, so Johnson should slide into the starting lineup immediately.

RB - DeMarco Murray — The obvious answer, Murray will be the best running back the Titans have had since Chris Johnson, and he has yet to play a snap.
