NFL player Aqib Talib is reportedly one of the two shooting victims injured after a fight broke out overnight at a nightclub in the Stemmons Corridor.
A patron pulled out a gun and shot one person inside V Live, 1311 Empire Central Drive, before the fight continued outside, where another person was shot.
The two victims were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and police are looking for the others involved.
Talib, a North Texas native, was investigated (along with his brother) by Dallas police in 2015 for an alleged aggravated assault incident at Club Luxx, but the investigation was ultimately dropped. There’s been nothing to suggest Sunday’s altercation is related in any way thus far.
