Ole Miss' Chad Kelly Caught Sleeping On Live Television During NFL Draft — Later Becomes 'Mr. Irrelevant'

By Timothy Downs

Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly, the nephew of NFL Hall of Famer Jim Kelly, saw his draft stock plummet over the past eight months thanks to a poor 2016 campaign and a series of off the field issues.

During the sixth-round on Saturday, ESPN decided to cut to Kelly’s house. Unfortunately, Kelly was passed out on his couch when the network put him on live television.

Kelly continued to fall, and ultimately became ‘Mr. Irrelevant‘ when the Denver Broncos finally selected him as the last pick of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Never a dull moment in the National Football League
