It’s hard to know what Josh Gordon will be capable of if he ever steps foot on an NFL field again.
The Cleveland Browns wideout was denied reinstatement by Commissioner Roger Goodell recently, with the league hesitant to rush into a decision and see it blow up in their faces yet again.
The Browns sure could use the help after their top receiver from 2016, Terrelle Pryor, signed with the Washington Redskins this offseason.
Gordon’s last substantial action came way back in 2013 when, following a two-game suspension, he led the league in receiving yards (1,646) on 87 catches for nine touchdowns.
That was his second year in the NFL, so it’s hard to say what the now 26-year-old will bring to the field if and when he ever suits up again.
