Over recent months, Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison has been posting different videos of his unorthodox workouts to his Instagram account.
On Thursday, Harrison posted a video of some sort of hip thrust workout that featured him lifting a ton of weight in the air with a bar laying across his midsection.
Never seen this type of workout before, but it seems James has some seriously strong hips.
