Odell Beckham Jr. Misses First Day of OTAs & Signs Richest Shoe Deal Ever for NFL Player

Controversy just seems to follow New York Giants wideout Odell Beckham Jr., and his latest endeavor of signing the richest shoe deal ever for an NFL player is no exception.

Known for his flashy footwear, Beckham inked the deal with Nike after the company matched an offer from Adidas at the same price point.

And it wouldn’t be typical Odell style if this news didn’t come accompanied by some other issue as well, with Beckham a no-show at day one of Giants OTAs.

While he is expected to be present by Thursday of OTAs, one just has to wonder why Beckham would behave in such a manner after the whole boat trip incident last season.

Live and learn works, but the learning has to begin at some point.
