They grow up so fast these days, and Cleveland Browns stalwart left tackle Joe Thomas has to be consoling himself with that mantra after what No. 1 overall pick Myles Garrett did to him in practice.

Not many guys have ever gotten around Thomas during his NFL career, let alone made it look so darn easy.

Joe Thomas is a perennial Pro Bowler, but Myles Garrett blew right past him at Browns camp. ?

And it’s no wonder that Garrett is succeeding so quickly, given that his mentor is one of the best to ever put on the pads in Bruce Smith.

Plus, Garrett’s a physical freak with workout feats that would make bodybuilders jealous.

It’s going to be a fun decade for Browns fans watching this guy pummel opposing QBs.
