The Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor superfight brought all kinds of folks out of the woodwork to witness the spectacle, and one of those in attendance = for the bout was Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett.
Unfortunately, Bennett was mistreated by Las Vegas police in a video that went viral, and now the department is asking the NFL to investigate the claims of its player.
The NFL has rejected the request by the police union, saying that there was no violation of the personal conduct policy which would require such an investigation.
The original video doesn’t show this angle, which proves that Bennett’s claims of having a gun pointed at his head are legit.

If this incident proves nothing else, it’s that law enforcement has far too much power when it comes to trampling the rights of innocent people, whether black or white.
