Philadelphia Flyers Injury Report for Game 3, Jeff Carter and Chris Pronger
According to the Philadelphia Flyers, Jeff Carter, who skated yesterday, is a game-time decision. Carter has missed the entire series with a knee injury suffered against Buffalo in Round 1. The Flyers expected to have him back for the Bruins series at some point, and I guess that sometime could be tonight.
Chris Pronger is a whole other mess. Pronger did not play in Game 2, listed as out for an “undisclosed” injury. Rumors were that Pronger had a back injury that he suffered during Game 1. Later on, it was reported that Pronger had injured his hamstring, not his back. Now, Pronger is listed as out again for Game 3. And the rumors have resurfaced that Pronger has a back injury.
So, Jeff Carter is a game-time decision, Chris Pronger is out, for Game 3 tonight in Boston.
