Montreal Canadiens Defenseman PK Subban Fined for Slew Foot on Chris Kunitz
The National Hockey League has fined Montreal Canadiens defenseman PK Subban $2,500 for his slew foot on Pittsburgh Penguins forward Chris Kunitz in the third period of last night’s game. It’s the maximum amount a player may be fined under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Subban didn’t receive a penalty on the play, but click here for a video of it and decide for yourself whether or not he should have (the correct answer is yes).
