Shootouts in hockey are extremely exciting. It’s always fun watching scorers go one on one with goalies. If you are Devin Setoguchi, however, shootouts are the bane of your existence.
Setoguchi was skating in to potentially keep the Minnesota Wild alive. What happened next is embarrassing. Setoguchi forgot the puck and then lost his balance and fell to the ice.
Needless to say, the Wild did not win and Setoguchi will have to deal with this for a long time.
