Roberto Luongo’s shutout help Vancouver Canucks beat Los Angeles Kings

The Vancouver Canucks defeated the Los Angeles Kings 1-0 thanks to Roberto Luongo who stopped all 38 shots today. His counterpart, Jonathan Quick made 24 saves on 25 shots. Manny Malhotra scored the only goal of the game. Maxim Lapierre and Alex Edler would get the assists on the goal. Kyle Clifford got an unsportsmanlike conduct for spraying ice on Luongo to avoid a collision with Canucks players. The Vancouver Canucks have won 3 straight games while the Kings have lost 2 straight games. The Canucks will host the Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday night.
