Today in Boston Bruins History: June 19
2011: In a show of Boston sports bonhomie, the Boston Red Sox host the Boston Bruins for some pre-game congratulations before a game versus the Milwaukee Brewers. Duck boats drive onto the field at Fenway Park, the Stanley Cup is presented to a cheering crowd, the Bruins throw out a row of first pitches and then meet for congratulatory hugs with their city-mates while the Bruins goal song plays:
