HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO FORMER PITTSBURGH PENGUIN
(he turns 42 today)
Zubov was drafted by the New York Rangers in the fifth round of the 1990 NHL Entry Draft (85th overall). He won two Stanley Cups in his NHL career; one with the New York Rangers in 1994 and the other with the Dallas Stars in 1999. He retired from the NHL in 2010 and did so as the league’s all-time scoring, Russian-born leader.
