Pittsburgh Penguins Marc-Andre Fleury played in his 400th NHL career game in front of a home crowd at the CONSOL Energy Center. It was a loss against the New Jersey Devils by a score of 3-1.

The Penguins lost to the Philadelphia Flyers in front of a home crowd of 17,095 at the Mellon Arena by a score of 7-4. Despite the loss, Sidney Crosby was named the #3 star of the game.

Mark Recchi earned his 1,300th career point against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Tom Barrasso denied a penalty shot attempt by Carolina Hurricanes Sami Kapanen.

The Penguins played their last-ever game against the Minnesota (North) Stars. They lost by a score of 6-3 at the Civic Arena (Pittsburgh’s overall record against Minnesota is 58-49-10).
