The Philadelphia Flyers are on the up. as they head up north to visit the Winnipeg Jets with three wins in a row underneath their belts. The offense has started to click and really help alleviate some of the pressure that Steve Mason and Ray Emery were facing in the net. All in all, it looks like the Flyers are really starting to correct their past mistakes.

The 9-9-2 Jets will try to throw a wrench in their plans on Friday night, especially since they will be playing on their home ice. The Jets will also be going into this game on a three-game winning streak, all at home. With those odds, the Flyers need to really be on top of the puck.

The Jets may not have struggled as much as the Flyers, but they want to do better so they can get into the playoffs this year, so they will be trying as hard as they can in every game. The Flyers will need to make sure they don’t let that happen, and they also need to put a target on Bryan Little‘s back. Little is currently on a hot streak, having scored thrice in the past two games.

The Flyers have seen results with giving Brayden Schenn more playing time, as on the Flyers’ end, he has been putting up great points. He led the Flyers to victory against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday with two goals, and is currently leading the team in points. Jakub Voracek was equally successful in Tuesday’s matchup against the Ottawa Senators, so he will also be a player to watch Friday.
