Jaromir Jagr, the ageless wonder, is on the move again. The New Jersey Devils traded the 43-year-old legend to the Florida Panthers. This will be Jagr's fifth team in the last four seasons since coming back to NHL after a stint in the KHL. Here are five things Jagr brings to the table for the Panthers.

The Panthers have trouble selling tickets. When they play a big-market team at home, the away team usually has more fans at their arena than the Panthers. Jagr is going to bring some excitement to a team that needs to get people in the seats.

The Panthers are a team full of young, exciting players. They brought in some veterans this offseason, but that was just to reach the salary cap floor. Now that they are in the hunt for a playoff spot, they have a bona fide player in Jagr who has done it all in hockey. Jagr will help the development of players like Nick Bjugstad, Jonathan Huberdeau and Alexsander Barkov.

Jagr is likely to play on the second line for the Panthers, giving them a much better top-six than they had just a few days ago. Having balance throughout the lineup is something the Panthers will need if they want to push the Bruins for that final wild card spot in the Eastern Conference.

To say Jagr has been around the block a few times would be an understatement. He has literally done everything there is to do in the NHL. Now he is heading to a place where many players are unproven, outside of a few veterans. His experience is going to do wonders for a team that desperately wants to make the playoffs.

Somehow, at 43 years old, Jagr is still producing. Going from a team that is clearly out of the playoffs to a team in the hunt will give a player like Jagr a boost. He has 11 goals this year, which doesn't seem like a lot, but he was playing in a horrible situation in New Jersey. Until Jagr falls off the map completely, you have to believe he is going to produce for the Panthers.
