The original Winnipeg Jets moved from Winnipeg to Arizona. At the time of the move, there was a low exchange rate for the Canadian dollar. Canadian teams were being threatened to relocate, and the Winnipeg Jets were one of those teams. The Coyotes were born in 1996 as a result, and it has been a disaster for them ever since. The Coyotes have a lot of questions that need answers. There are not a lot of positives.
