If you check the sports section of your local newspaper, you will see that after three games in the 2015-16 NHL season, the Montreal Canadiens are undefeated. There are not many negatives to be found on this original six hockey franchise. Here are five things that we have learned from the team this season after the first week of the new campaign.

It doesn't seem to matter to the Canadiens who's in net -- they are just that good. Dustin Tokarski played 27 games as a backup to Carey Price over the past two seasons. He had a subpar training camp this fall and the team wanted to put him on waivers, but nobody claimed him. Mike Condon proved to be very efficient in a 3-1 win over the Ottawa Senators in his debut in the NHL.

Going into Toronto, Boston and Ottawa could be very intimidating for the Montreal Canadiens as each city's fanbase has a boisterous crowd. The Canadiens went into these cities, held their opponents to four goals and produced 10 goals in enemy territory. The team's road record was impressive last year and signs seem to indicate that it can be repeated again this fall.

Four points in three games for the newly anointed captain is not bad at all. The Montreal Canadiens have always thrived on having the best players who can adjust to the French media and pressure that fans put on them to succeed. Early signs indicate the American born Montreal captain can handle the added responsibility with no issue at all.

Tomas Plekanec, Max Pacioretty, Alex Galchenyuk and PK Subban are just some of the greats on this roster who can put pucks in the net with relative ease, and the early portion of this season appears to support that. This team is dynamic and has different players who can score goals on a nightly basis.

Carey Price is one of the best goaltenders currently in the NHL. Every team would love to have him on their roster, but he is Montreal's treasure. The Canadiens have played three games against their perceived hated rivals Toronto Maple Leafs, Boston Bruins and Ottawa Senators. They have given up four goals between Price and rookie backup Mike Condon.
