There’s an epidemic going around sporting events that’s needed to be addressed for a long time. If you’re going to watch a live sporting event, don’t wear a jersey or sweater of a team that’s not playing. Wear your normal everyday clothes instead, it will be a much more pleasant experience for you and you won’t be the center of jokes from fellow fans.

Unfortunately, this message didn’t get out to two Chicago Blackhawks fans who attended the Dallas Stars and Carolina Hurricanes game last night and the Stars’ board operator trolled them hard for their mistake.

Maybe these two felt wrong about going to watch two teams play that weren’t their precious Blackhawks, but it would’ve been a better approach to throw on jeans and a regular t-shirt or blouse than wearing Blackhawks sweaters.

Hopefully, they learned their lesson and will never commit this fashion faux pas ever again.
