Blind Calgary Flames Fan Sees First NHL Game Thanks To eSight Glasses

By Timothy Downs

A legally blind 11-year-old girl named Olivia Lettich had her dreams come true recently as she got to see a Calgary Flames game for the first time thanks to eSight glasses.

Lettich survived an incredibly rare form of eye cancer, but was left with only peripheral vision.

Thanks to the technology developed by eSight, Lettich was able to meet a number of her favorite Flames and finally view NHL game action in person.

Naturally, Lettich was absolutely thrilled.

“I could see every little detail in the leaves, and I could read signs – it was so cool.

“I cried in my bed I was so happy. I was just so happy. It changed my life.”

With all the negativity going on in the world, it’s great to hear about such an amazing and inspiring story.
