Senators' Erik Karlsson Completes Hail Mary Saucer Pass vs. Bruins That Would Make Tom Brady Jealous

The NHL and NFL are basically apples to oranges in terms of comparable skills, but passing is passing in any sport.

That’s what made Ottawa Senators defenseman Erik Karlsson‘s rink-long delivery to Mike Hoffman so gorgeous.

Hoffman did some work of his own to tuck the puck behind Boston Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask and send the Sens to a 2-1 series lead.

Doing that kind of passing in Tom Brady‘s city is sure to raise some eyebrows for Ottawa’s Norris Trophy candidate in Karlsson.

That was one heck of a dime.
