Nashville Predators Hit the Post 3 Times Before Finally Scoring on Anaheim Ducks

By Anthony Blake

We’re all familiar with the phrase, “if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.”

Well, evidently so are the Nashville Predators as they showed on this sequence in Game 4 against the Anaheim Ducks.

The sound of iron kept the puck out of the net behind Ducks goalie John Gibson for a while, but ultimately a shot by PK Subban found its way into the twine after ticking off of the post as well.

Nashville lost 3-2 in overtime to see the series leveled at two games apiece, but perhaps the hockey gods will smile on them in the next game after all of those close calls.
