Sidney Crosby Throws Strike as Penguins Take Stanley Cup to Pirates Game

By Anthony Blake

The Pittsburgh Penguins took the Stanley Cup on a tour of their city on Tuesday, with PNC Park, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates, being their eventual destination.

And of course, captain Sidney Crosby took to the mound to throw out a first pitch strike, but not before a little practice.

This was Crosby practicing from the rubber with Pens defenseman Ron Hainsey playing the role of catcher.

Doesn’t get much better than that from regulation distance for a non-native baseball player.

Is there anything Crosby can’t do?
