Philadelphia Eagles Sign 10 Undrafted Rookie Free Agents, Including Youtube Sensation Noel Devine
The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to a contract with nine undrafted rookie free agents.
The players are as follows: WR Perry Baker, WR DeAndre Brown, RB Graig Cooper, P Chas Henry, QB Jerrod Johnson, DE Ced Thornton, WR Terrance Turner, TE Martell Webb, LB Brandon Peguese, and RB Noel Devine.
Henry may be the only player from that list who starts this season. He won the Ray Guy Award as the nation’s best college punter last season, and with Sav Rocca leaving, the job is likely his to lose.
The last player is Noel Devine, who many, including me, may remember from his unbelievable Youtube highlights.
Devine, 23, had games in high school like this: 9 carries, 365 yards, 6 touchdowns, plus an 84-yard kick return touchdown.
Devine, who stands 5’8 and weighs 180 pounds, had a solid college career at West Virginia, but went undrafted, possibly due to some injuries suffered as a senior.
He was signed by the Eagles today and will likely compete for the third running back spot.

this team is sinking more and more every year. every year i think eagles are gonna be contendors only to have a pain in my stomach playoff time. i think jeffery laurie should not be involved in football affairs. he probably never played the game he probably played tennis. i dont think andy reid and the rest of the coaches/ management are gonna take this team to a superbowl. juan castillo was a lineman coach for offense last year now he runs the defense? favre would have been great for the eagles because hes better than the coaches and maybe could teach them fundamentals and winning a superbowl. andy reid was a line coach for green bay under holmgren and laurie employed 2 of them with no luck. vick isnt a good qb. he can throw a ball far and accurate and run like the wind. he couldnt hold manning or bradys clipboard. its a love/hate relationship im 38 yrs old and loved the eagles since i was 5. tony franklin and bill bergey and ron jaworski and harold carmicheal. bring back buddy ryan as def coord.
