Robert Nkemdiche, Laremy Tunsil and Antonio Conner visiting for Ole Miss Rebels huge recruiting weekend
The Ole Miss Rebels already have one of the top 15 recruiting classes in the country but this weekend will be huge for them as they are hosting a number of top prospects which could vault them into the top 5. Head coach Hugh Freeze has done an amazing job since taking over the football team at Ole Miss and it also helps to have the number one prospect’s brother playing for you. Consensus number one prospect Robert Nkemdiche will be visiting his brother this weekend in Oxford, Mississippi for his official visit. It is widely thought that Nkemdiche will commit to Ole Miss, join his brother, and improve their defense immediately.
Also visiting Oxford this weekend is the number one ranked uncommitted offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil out of Lake City, Florida. ESPN has Tunsil ranked as the number one ranked offensive tackle in the entire nation and it is easy to see why this 6 foot 6, 295 pound behemoth could make an immediate impact in the Southeastern Conference.
Antonio Conner will also be visiting coach Freeze. Conner has been recruited by almost every SEC school as a safety but Ole Miss is the odds on favorite. Conner, from Batesville, Mississippi, is 6 foot 2 and 200 pounds. He is a prospect that could, eventually, turn into one of the most complete safeties in the nation with the right coaching and development.
Coach Freeze and the Rebels are expected to make a huge splash on national signing day and this weekend will have a lot to do with it.
