Tyler Luatua is one of the top tight end prospects in the country; his run at the :30 mark of the below highlight shows you just what he is capable of even on a check down route. He is utilized in motion a lot as well which is wise, and his team will often run the ball to the side that he switches to.

He breaks a tackle at the 1:17 mark of the video that shows what he will be capable of at the college level.
He even makes a tackle at the 2:00 mark of the video, and I wonder if he will play any defense at the college level. Probably not, but it will definitely depend on what program he ends up playing for. His run blocking ability projects him as a four down player at the college level, and when you combine his blocking with his incredible hands it is a matchup nobody wants to face.

Luatua is the number one ranked tight end in the country according to Scout; he measures in at a sizable 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds out of La Mirada High School (La Mirada, CA). He has offers from all the top programs in country ranging from the SEC, Big 10, to the PAC-12. He has not committed to any schools yet, but will be making a lot of visits in the coming year.
