Potential Starting Lineups For McDonald’s All American Games

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

The McDonald’s All American Game is this Wednesday at the United Center and I for one can’t wait to go check it out. I’m so impatient that I wanted to try and guess the starting lineups for the East and West team.

These are just my guesses, but they are my best guesses. You can count on that.

For the East Team:

Starting point guard: Anthony Barber: Hampton, N.C. State

Starting shooting guard: Kasey Hill: Montverde Academy, Florida

Starting Small Forward: Andrew Wiggins: Huntington Prep, Undeclared

Starting power forward: Noah Vonleh: New Hampton, Indiana

Starting Center: Dakari Johnson: Montverde Academy, Kentucky

The head coach of the East team is Freddy Johnson, Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC).

For the West team:

Starting point guard: Andrew Harrison: William B. Tavis, Kentucky

Starting shooting guard: Aaron Harrison: William B. Tavis, Kentucky

Starting small forward: Jabari Parker: Simeon Career Academy, Duke

Starting power forward: Aaron Gordon: Archbishop Mitty, Undeclared (will decide Wednesday)

Starting center: Bobby Portis: Hall High, Arkansas

The head coach of the West team is Mike Flaherty, Mt. Carmel High School (Chicago, IL). It should be a close game, but a fun one.

Disagree with any of my selections? Think someone else should be starting, feel free to comment below or get in touch on twitter and stay tuned for more thoughts on the McDonald’s All American Game later this week.
