Jabari Parker Says “Scrutiny” of His Game Means It Is “Almost Time For Me To Be In That Glare”
Jabari Parker faced intense scrutiny on twitter right after he decided to join the Duke Blue Devils.
“It just gave me a sign that I’m almost there,” he says. “I’m almost at the big leagues because you see Kobe and LeBron, they face a lot of scrutiny. So I just say it’s almost time for me to be in that glare, if all goes right.”
Parker will be in for even more criticism of his game going into college, but something tells me that he will shine under pressure. He is a proven winner and if he stays ar Duke for multiple years, then he might go down as one of the best Blue Devils ever. He recently said that he would probably go to college for a couple years, which should be welcome news to Blue Devil Nation.
Have not yet heard whether I will be heading to the Jordan Brand Classic, but I will watch it on TV regardless and will let my readers know how the game was
Parker will be lining up against Andrew Wiggins and I’m sure that Wiggins hopes that his squad comes out on top in this one. Parker is a born winner though and will do everything in his power to keep that from happening. It should be a fun game and it is on Saturday at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.
