Andrew Wiggins Shows Off All Around Skill At Nike Hoop Summit

Andrew Wiggins has had one busy month; he has played in the McDonald’s All American Game as well as the Jordan Brand Classic, and just this weekend came from helping the World Select team to victory in the Nike Hoop Summit.

He showed off an all around game and recorded 17 points, nine rebounds and four assists in the win.

“That was a really good game for the World Team, and probably the most impressive thing is the way we’ve shared the ball from the very first practice,” said World head coach Roy Rana after the game. “I thought there was great chemistry, kids just phenomenal to coach. Like I told them in the locker room, certainly going to be one of my more memorable coaching experiences, just because of the quality of the kids that we’ve had here this week.”

Now we will all commence waiting to hear updates on Wiggins’ recruitment process. He reportedly cancelled his in home visits this week after his return flight from Portland was delayed.

Hopefully Wiggins will have made his decision by May 15th or the twitter sphere might truly explode. That would be fun to watch happen though, so I am not counting anything out at this point. Honestly, with Wiggins nothing would surprise me at this point.
