Jahlil Okafor has been slowly developing into one of the best big man prospects in the country and now that Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker are out of the way, Okafor can make a serious run at some of the national player of the year awards next year.

Okafor will likely win his first state title and he is set to announce his college decision sometime in the fall with his good friend Tyus Jones. They have apparently been a package recruiting deal for some time.
Ohio State, with the addition of De’Angelo Russell, has its eyes on one big dude: Jahlil Okafor.

Okafor was the Chicago Sun Times player of the year last season, and he could be in the running for the Gatorade National player of the year award if he continues to improve his play.
