Recently saw the tweet below about Jahlil Okafor and I was struck by its sincerity.
Fascinating talk w/ No. 1 2014 recruit Jahlil Okafor (@jahprobound). Spoke of mother's death, father as best friend. Smart, grounded kid.

Sincerity is a rare thing on twitter and I am much more used to encountering cynicism and hate. These are not good traits and for those of you out there struggling with it; please, come back to the light.

Okafor and his good friend Tyus Jones are most likely a package recruiting deal and wherever they decide to go will instantly become a national title contender. You can bet that we will keep you posted of any updates here at Rant Sports Prep, and stay tuned tomorrow for more updates.

Okafor is currently undecided on his college destination, but he should make a decision by November at the latest. Jones and Okafor will be the top two contenders for all the national player of the year awards and it should be fascinating to see how those all play out.
