Kansas Jayhawks Commit Andrew Wiggins Will Start Summer School This Week

Gatorade- Susan Goldman

Andrew Wiggins will apparently be heading to summer school, and the Kansas Jayhawks have to be mighty pleased about that.

Also, recently saw the tweet by our own Rant Sports Joseph Nardone which I greatly enjoyed.

Wiggins opted not to join the Canadian junior national team, which was sad for them, but Canada’s loss is Kansas’ gain. Wiggins will likely only be in school for a year, but he may end up finishing his degree after his playing career is over. Wiggins is up for Gatorade high school athlete of the year later this summer, and you can bet that I will be rooting for him.

Wiggins will be a special player for the Jayhawks, and I have even predicted here that he will be the Big 12 player of the year.

Stay tuned later today for even more college basketball recruiting updates and if you have any comments, then feel free to Rant them below or hit me up on twitter.
