Andrew Wiggins High School Basketball: McDonald's All American Games

Mike DiNovo-USA TODAY Sports

CBS’ Gary Parrish recently spoke to a member Kansas Jayhawks’ staff about Andrew Wiggins first workout with the team. Apparently it was like “watching a video game”.

The source also said Wiggins would go number one in this year’s draft, which is a fact. You can read Parrish’s full piece below.

Apparently, Wiggins high school coach Rob Fulford did not seem to surprised by the Jayhawks staff being impressed with Wiggins. Why would Fulford? He has gotten a front row seat to the Wiggins’ show for the last two years in Huntington, West Virginia.

Wiggins is about to explode on the college basketball team and his game against Jabari Parker later this year will be must watch television and it could be the start of the next great basketball rivalry.

Stay tuned later on today for a piece on Jahlil Okafor and if you have any comments feel free to Rant them below or hit me up on twitter.

Watch HS Hoops Coach Headbutt Referee

There is absolutely no excuse for this to happen ever. During an argument about a call, Neshaminy (Pa.) high school basketball coach Jerry Devine decided it would be a good idea to headbutt the referee to prove his point. Devine was then ejected from the gym and could now face criminal charges for his actions as well as losing his teaching and coaching job.
