Jabari Parker has been tearing it up this summer and though I’m busy this weekend, I am going to try and make it out to Nike Pro Ams before the summer is out.

Parker is wisely using the Pro Ams to gear up for his freshman season and his new coaching staff thinks that bright days are ahead for Parker.
“We’re excited for Jabari and his family to join our family here at Duke,” Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski said in a press release. “We are confident he will have a great career, and we are glad to have him in our program.”

Parker was recently picked as a the number two ranked power forward according to CBS Sports and Parker will likely take home a few awards next season as well. ACC freshman of the year is certainly a realistic goal and possibly even ACC player of the year.
