USA U-19 Head Coach Billy Donovan Calls Justise Winslow Has “Overall Skill, Passing and Unselfishness”

Rant Sports- Dave Daniels

Justise Winslow recently made the US U-19 Squad roster and is in Prague, where apparently Netflix doesn’t work.

Winslow has impressed the coaching staff with his skill and versatility and it will be interesting to see how he is used in the lineup.

“He’s a 6-6 guy that can play the 2, 3, 4 and really good in the press” Billy Donovan said to ESPN. “The thing that’s good for him is his overall skill, passing and unselfishness. He can guard several different positions. He’s really athletic. He’s a pass-first player that can slash to the basket.”

A player that can play three different positions is always an asset and this is a squad who will likely bring home a gold medal.

Winslow may end up on Tobacco Road at some point, but as soon as there are any updates concerning his recruitment we will keep you posted here at Rant Sports Prep. He is a special player who has a bright future ahead of him.
