Jahlil Okafor has been putting in work this summer and it appears that his ankle sprain is a thing of the past. Okafor recently scored 16 points in Team USA’s U-19 Squad victory over Serbia.

I wrote here recently that Okafor would have to lead the team in scoring to bring them a gold medal. The game with Serbia was closes, and it was Okafor who came through in the clutch.
Jahlil Okafor just abusing Nikola Milutinov, one of the top int'l 94-born prospects in the world, inside the paint. Two quick fouls #fibau19

Okafor will be in the running for many of the national player of the year awards next season and you can bet we will keep you posted of any changes here. Okafor and his good friend Tyus Jones are a package recruiting deal and they have said they will make a decision by November. Jones just happens to be the top ranked point guard in the recruiting class.
USA men's U19 remains undefeated after beating Serbia 71-62. Rasheed Sulaimon finishes with 15 Pts, 5 rebs & 3 Stls. Jahlil Okafor 16 Pts.
