Canadian Pride. It is an understated, but truly real thing. I have many friends from Canada, and other friends from America who have migrated there. The one thing in common other than just being really nice people? They all have a fantastic sense of pride for where they came from (or where they currently live). Andrew Wiggins is cut from the same cloth and feels the same way; he has even said in the past that he wants to win a gold medal for Canada one day, which would be an amazing sight to see.
Just like the Cavaliers in 02-03, the Raptors truly need to do all they can to have a chance at Andrew Wiggins.

There will be many teams that tank for Wiggins next year, but the one that would be the most fitting for him to land on would be the Toronto Raptors. The fan base would instantly embrace him and he would be a franchise player that the Raptors could build their present and future around.
That would be incredible if all these teams tank for Andrew Wiggins and he doesn't come out.

Also recently read the article below from the great Adam Zagoria, which is definitely worth a read. Wiggins was named Gatorade’s high school boys basketball player of the year and he is up for athlete of the year on July 16th.
