Recently read the excellent article below about Nigel Williams-Goss and the part I enjoyed the most is how unselfish Williams-Goss is. He takes more pleasure in setting up a teammate for an easy score, than scoring himself. He also relishes playing intense defense, which is part of what makes him a winner.

“In my mind,” Williams-Goss said to John Holt on USAB.com “I didn’t think I had played my best the first couple of days. I was more just kind of a little bit disappointed in myself and how I thought I played. I know I played solid, but not as good as I can play. I was just hoping for the best and really just praying. I can score, but I like to set my guys up. Defensively, it goes with my competitive spirit just to get after guys.”
Husky fans are going to love Nigel Williams-Goss. A great leader, on and off court. If he makes USA team, Marcis Smart, a great role model.
