Kansas Jayhawks Commit Andrew Wiggins Should One Day Carry Torch For Canada in Olympics
Saw the tweet below and apparently folks are already calling Andrew Wiggins the best Canadian high school player of all time.

Have to admit I’m not that familiar with high school basketball in Canada, but Wiggins has to be near the top. He was named the Gatorade national high school athlete of the year this summer after a truly impressive senior season. Some have said Wiggins will be the Big 12 player of the year next season, actually I’ve written that and fully expect it to happen but college is a different game from high school.

Wiggins’ athleticism should allow him to succeed mightily but we will just have to see if can truly take over the conference. If he can do that and continue to have success with the Canadian basketball program, then we could one day be watching Wiggins carry the torch for Canada in the Olympics. It would be like if Kevin Durant played for Puerto Rico, only cooler. Wiggins is a special young man and to keep track of him in the future, you know where to go.
