Recently saw the tweet below and apparently Chad Ford thinks that Jabari Parker will go no higher than fourth in next year’s draft. Parker was last year’s Gatorade high school boys basketball player of the year and he was also the proud winner of four state titles during high school. That was a goal of Parker’s as a freshman incredibly enough. We will just have to wait and see if he can achieve similar things in college, but something tells me the Cameron Crazies will fall in love with him right away.
Top 5 de Chad Ford (ESPN) para el draft de 2014: #1. Andrew Wiggins, #2. Julius Randle, #3. Dante Exum, #4. Jabari Parker y #5. Marcus Smart

Andrew Wiggins tops Ford’s rankings, and it will be exciting to watch Wiggins and Parker go head to head this November. Ford may adjust his rankings a bit more once he gets to see Parker play a few more full games but we will just have to wait and see. In my opinion, Parker will go at least in the top three but only time will tell. The rivalry between Wiggins and Parker has not developed bad blood yet, but just wait for one of them to stand in the other’s path for a championship one day and then we will see if some bad blood develops. This could end up being the Magic Johnson–Larry Bird type rivalry of our era but we will just have to watch it develop.
