Tyus Jones and Jahlil Okafor are currently visiting the Baylor Bears, but they are doing so with Justice Winslow which had been a possible plan before. Okafor and Jones have said publicly they are a package recruiting deal, so we will just have to see if it ends up going down. The Bears would seem to be an unlikely candidate for the duo, but you never know when a couple players like the coach that they are being recruited by. The Bears do not have an extensive history of success within their basketball program, but jones and Okafor would bring the stigma of success along with them.
Justise Winslow did NOT make the trip to Baylor with Tyus Jones & Jahlil Okafor as was planned in the past. http://t.co/EexNrqTd3i

There is no question the Bears would make the tournament and have a shot at winning it with Jones and Okafor at the helm, but it is still a longshot at best. My money is still on the Duke Blue Devils, who are getting the last crack at the duo. We will just have to see how that plays out on October 25th, but in the meantime we will definitely cover how the other visits go. If this goes through, then it would be the best package recruiting deal in NCAA history, but we will just have to see how they enjoy their time in Waco.
