Arizona Wildcats Have Huge Opportunity with Justise Winslow’s Visit on October 11th
The Arizona Wildcats have not been in the national title picture for some time, but with Aaron Gordon coming to town next season there is new hope brewing. If they can keep it rolling on the recruiting front, then we could be talking about the Wildcats in the national conversation again. Sean Miller has a tough job ahead of him, but most importantly in the coming month, Justise Winslow is coming to town on October 11th and thanks to the tweet below for the alert to that.

Winslow won a gold medal with the US U-19 squad this summer and the head coach of that squad, Billy Donovan, hosted Winslow a couple weekends ago. The Gators would love to add Winslow to the mix and the young forward’s familiarity with Donovan cannot hurt matters for the Gators. It has been a while since they have been in national discussion as well, so it it will be interesting to see if they can take any other leaps in the next few seasons.
Winslow has not given any huge hints, but expect him to make a decision before the early recruiting period if everything continues to speed along here. The Wildcats would love to pair Winslow with Gordon, but that is unlikely to happen because cannot imagine Gordon staying more than a year at school. Maybe he will love his time in Arizona though, and then head coach Miler will have a truly devastating combination of forwards at his disposal.
